At Oink & Ink, every item is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged. Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including:

• Hand-painted watercolor cards
• Stickers
• Keychains
• Art prints
• Trays
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Any other items sold by Oink & Ink

Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, we're happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement item (if available)
• A partial refund
• A full refund

Refunds and replacements are provided at the sole discretion of Oink & Ink after reviewing the circumstances.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Oink & Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require the customer to pay additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
